All sales are final.
However, in the unlikely event of a product malfunction or failure, we are committed to making it right. You may be eligible for a full refund or exchange once we have received the item and completed a thorough inspection.

To initiate a return due to a defect:

  • Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Please provide original receipt.
  • Ensure the item is returned in its original packaging, with all components included.

  • Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after we have inspected and verified the issue.
