The Creator
I have always had this burning passion to create things and push my boundaries when it comes to everyday living.
I have always had this dream of one day owning my own business and having my own clothing range designed and catered for people like game rangers and farmers and the like. However this dream was no easy thing to achieve and I am still working on making this dream a reality.My brand was built around being this social media persona but many people don’t really know who I am as a person. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would be able to have the experiences I have had, working with some of the most dangerous animals South Africa has to offer and in some cases not only working with these animals but also forming a indescribable bond which many people will never get to experience.
I am so thankful for all the amazing privileges I have had in my life and I am so blessed to still be here to share this story as there were many times in my life where I was a little bit too much of a risk taker or if you want to call it something else, I would say “dumb”.
One of the scariest things I have done in my life thus far was creating this online business. Even scarier than coming face to face with a lion. Yes that might sound bizarre, but when animals are mostly all that you see everyday and spend time with. The things you fear in life start to shift. Like, the fear of failure. The fear of not living up to my own expectations or even the fear of letting someone down.
From the Heart of South Africa to Wild Lore
Wild Lore was born from a passion for adventure, craftsmanship, and the desire to create something meaningful. What started as a dream from a farm boy in South Africa slowly became a journey of building a brand inspired by the wild, hard work, and a love for creating with my own hands.
Working with dangerous animals taught me respect, courage, and humility. True fear is not always found in the wild — sometimes it’s taking the leap to follow your dreams. Wild Lore represents pushing boundaries, taking risks, and embracing challenges head-on.

A Legacy Passed Down
One of the most meaningful parts of this journey began with my grandfather.
Before he passed away, he gave me his leatherworking tools and hoped I would enjoy them as much as he did. Even though I never had the opportunity to fully learn his old-school techniques, I inherited his passion for creating things with my hands.
That passion grew into:
- Making handmade leather goods for myself, friends, and family.
- Crafting practical everyday items like belts, phone covers, wallets, and Bible covers.
- Learning through trial, patience, and creativity.
- Turning a hobby into something I could share with the world.
